I could tell you I made this blog to help educate people on important works of literature, but the truth is that I have to keep a blog for English class. But feel free to look around and comment. You might be interested in some of things I am reading

My first impression of this picture was a sense of misery and darkness. The aspect that stands out the most is the lighting, where it's only bright on the dog's back and only shadow on its front, especially the face. Even though the background is mostly well-lit, the subject draws your eye more because of the contrast of light shining on it. The somewhat-high angle also gives the viewer sympathy for the dog and empathy for what they're feeling inside. This is a great picture! What's his or her name?
